It a small twisty tie. It might have a little sticky stuff on it also. I'll know better when I remove them. They've been on since yesterday afternoon, even when she's tried to scratch them off.

Reminds me when I use to photograph babies for a living and all the mothers use to tape these little bows to the bald-headed girls. I remember the first time I saw a mother pull a big roll of duct tape out and proceed to stick 6 bows on this poor child's head.

Duct tape? Ouch!

One of the bows just fell off today and it was a vey small rubber band holding it in place. I can not believe they were able to 1) keep her still long enough and 2) wrap it around so tightly, they must have had very small fingers!
