Note to Diabetic Self

Open the glucose tablets when purchased, DO NOT wait until I'm having a low to do so.  Clumsy, shaking hands do not work well on little plastic seal thing.  57 and going up, I hope!

Oh goodness! yes a very good thing to remember! I keep some in my car only had to use them once but that was enough to scare me.

I hate when that happens!


my worst time is when I'm done with a hard workout in the pool, take a hot shower, and blammo, I'm a bitch on wheels and miserable. also wet, dripping, don't get me started!


it was nice to find out that you can purchase a large bottle of them and then refill that little tube of 10 that runs out that you can keep in your purse that isn't so hard to open at times like that.
