She's a Suvivor!

Gilly had her cancer surgery one year ago today. In dog years, she would be considered cured. Here's a picture of her very crooked jaw, the result of removing the cancer and most of her bottom teeth on one side. A face so ugly only the people who paid for it could love. And we do love her so. Goofy look and all.

Well, I think she's adorable, especially with the crooked jaw. But then, I seem to have a thing for asymmetry in pets. :-)

Thank you. She was such a little stubborn doggy. I took about 40 pictures between just her and then the both of us. I think she's figured out the camera/flashy thing because whenever I pick it up now, she starts to turn her head away. I guess she is not ready for her close up.

How ya doing? Keeping cool ... it's 11:30 pm and the house is 84 degrees. I just turned the a/c on for a little bit to cool it down. I'm not looking forward to this next week.

Wow time flies so glad silly gilly is still with us!
