Day Two of Happy Posts

Hard day all around, so what made me happy today is leaving work at 5 pm and knowing I don't have to go back until next Tuesday. Happy to have four days off - they will be busy as I decorate a little, clean a little and shop for giftmas day.

After a nice steak dinner, I'm off to veg out/fall asleep in front of the tv. This is a happy thing too.

Speaking of "decorating a little," want to contribute a box of your unused stuff to my work's cube decorating contest?

I was thinking that if you pulled out one extra random box, I could wow my colleagues into thinking I'm a completely different kind of person than they think I am.

If you're talking about borrowing stuff, sure. I can pull out a random box and you can take it and use what you want. If you need actually donations, I probably have some of that too, but I'd have to pull them together, so it would take me a little time.

Depending on how much I get done today, I might go to the last fat women's swim at the Albany pool on Sunday. If I do maybe on I can drop it off either coming or going. If I don't go, I'll check with serene and see if she's coming out this weekend and I can put it in the car.

I'm also off on Monday, but that is our "mall shop til we drop day", wherein Guy and Carol "lock" themselves into a mall until they have purchased all their presents for Guy's family. I think we've been doing this about 10 years. A sad and yet silly xmas tradition!
